Arrival
New clients please arrive 15 minutes early before your scheduled appointment to allow adequate time to use the bathroom, fill out paperwork, etc. Please keep in mind that our appointments are scheduled with adequate time for each of our clients. They need to end on time so that the next client is not delayed. We do our best to accommodate the time if you are late for an appointment. Per state regulations you will be asked to provide a photo ID.

We recommend to call in advance to ensure you get the time and date you wish.
We encourage rebooking after each appointment!

Cancellation Policy
We take great pride in providing our clients with outstanding service. To ensure this we must impose the following cancellation policy: All appointments cancelled with in 12 hours of the scheduled appointment may be charged 50% of services cancelled and “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of services cancelled.
Gift Certificates
Give the gift of well being to someone special. We will be happy to group services that fit any personality or special occasion. We offer great packages.
Payments
We except the following credit cards, Visa, Master Card & Discover. We accept cash or personal checks. There is a $35.00 charge for any returned checks
Peace and Quiet
These are essential elements of a relaxing experience. Please put your cell phone or pager on silent. This is your time. Enjoy!

Our therapists are sensitive to privacy issues. They will explain what to expect and absolutely respect your privacy at all times.
