Caitlin Bass, LMY Caitlin holds certifications in Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapies as well as Cupping and is a graduate of Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy located in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Her interest in Massage Therapy came at a young age when her sister, a licensed Acupuncturist, explained the healing benefits massage therapy had on her patients. Guided by her sister, Caitlin understood the power of the mind and body connection and naturally fell into a holistic path for her career. In the summer of 2010, Caitlin began suffering from debilitating migraines, the worst of which lasted up to 10 days. During this time she was hospitalized and made a “guinea pig” for all kinds of medications. Feeling exhausted and at her wits end she called her sister and asked from a “holistic” standpoint what should she do? Her sister referred Caitlin to a Massage Therapist and Acupuncturist. After five sessions Caitlin was pain free and determined to learn more about the muscles associated with migraines. Caitlin knew she wanted to increase body awareness to others, so she studied to become a Licensed Massage Therapist.

Since then she has worked in both Spa and Chiropractic offices striving to learn different modalities and techniques to further her career. Fast forward to 2021, Caitlin took her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and her love of helping people feel better on the table now extends to the mat! Her mission is to educate and empower people of all ages and body types to maintain a healthy, vibrant, lifestyle.
